 | News Article for 12/16/2011Training Dates for the NEW CARRY LAWAll dates for classes that have already been given have been removed. Below is the only currently scheduled class date. If/when other classes are scheduled they will be added.January 17, 2012 at 1:00pm Please Note: All classes are held at Starr's Cave Nature Center in the Loft (upstairs), unless otherwise noted. Starr's Cave Nature Center is located at 11627 Starr's Cave Road Burlington, Iowa 52601. It will probably take 2-3 hours. You will need to bring your driver’s license or ID with your current address on it. There will be a $90 fee that will be collected the day of the class. We will only accept cash and checks. The application for the new carry permit will be filled out at the class. YOU WILL HAVE TO CONTACT THE SHERIFF’S OFFICE TO SIGN UP FOR TRAINING DATES. Updated: 12/16/11 |
