 | Attorney - Programs ProgramsThe Check Offender Program diverts first time bad check writers out of the court system and gives them the opportunity to make restitution to merchants. This program returns thousands of dollars to area merchants yearly, allows police and sheriff offices to use their resources to investigate more serious crimes, it returns money to merchants faster and keeps the court dockets shorter to handle more serious cases.
